1. Rental Agreement

  • By renting a laptop, desktop, or server from us, you enter into a binding rental agreement, subject to the terms outlined herein.
  • The rental period begins upon the delivery or pickup of the rented device and ends upon its return to us under the agreed-upon terms.

2. Rental Terms:

  • You agree to use the rented devices solely for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The rental rates, payment terms, and rental duration are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the chosen rental plan.
  • Any extensions or changes to the rental terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Device Care and Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the rented devices during the rental period.
  • Any damage, loss, or theft of the rented devices must be reported to us immediately, and you may be liable for repair or replacement costs as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Delivery and Return:

  • We will arrange for the delivery and pickup of the rented devices at the specified location and time agreed upon during booking.
  • You must ensure the availability of a responsible individual to receive the delivery and facilitate the return of the rented devices.

5. Security Deposit:

  • A security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages, losses, or late fees incurred during the rental period.
  • The security deposit will be refunded to you within a reasonable time frame after the return of the rented devices, minus any applicable deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

6. Liability and Indemnification:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the rented devices, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or personal injury.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the rented devices or your breach of these Terms.

7. Termination:

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
